Please note: you may change the contents of your shopping bag including the quantity of each item (up to eight  of any single item) during checkout prior to clicking on Submit Order.

DELETING ITEMS FROM YOUR SHOPPING BAG
If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Bag, simply go to “View Bag” and select the "Remove" link below the product name. The item will be removed from your shopping bag.
• Gift orders always receive special care at jomalone.com.au. We will be happy to wrap your gift and include a gift card with your personal message as a complimentary service.
• If you wish to have your jomalone.com.au order gift-wrapped, simply click on the “Gift Wrap” option during Checkout.
Please note: Multiple items within a gift order will be presented as one gift package.
Complimentary engraving is offered on range of Fragrances. To receive complimentary engraving on these products, please select ADD TO BAG and proceed to your Shopping Cart, where you can add your engraving message.
Messages are limited to 3 characters.
We reserve the right to refuse engraving to any orders that request profane, distasteful or otherwise inappropriate language through the ‘Personalise It’ engraving service.
Engraving orders receive special care at jomalone.com.au. Please note, unless otherwise required by law, we are unable to accept returns on engraved products, so please check your engraving request carefully before confirming order.
All prices indicated for products available via the Site are inclusive of GST (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges (if applicable).
The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges (if applicable). Delivery charges will be included where applicable and will be included in the total amount of the order. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the Payment Options section below, and payment will be debited and cleared from your account as set out in the Payment section of this Site.
